Postage costs
Most SurrenicOnWheels products are unfortunately just too big for the letterbox, which is why they are sent as parcel post. For orders within the Netherlands you pay €5.95 shipping costs and for an order of €120,- your order will be shipped completely free!

Delivery time
All SurrenicOnWheels products (except for the stickers) are made to order. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, all orders from one month are collected and shipped at the beginning of the following month, sometimes there are other conditions, these can be seen in the 'news banner' at the top of the website. The packages are shipped via DHL, for which you will receive a track & trace code.

Once the packages have been shipped, the handling lies with the courier service. In most cases, they will deliver within 1 to 2 working days. Of course, there may be a delay, SurrenicOnWheels has no influence on this. However, we do our best to keep you informed as well as possible.
